01 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

"Platform" / "vip33"

The online betting and gaming service operated at https://vip33.cam, including all associated websites, mobile-optimised pages, applications, and software made available to registered users.

" Player" / "User" / "You"

Any natural person who has registered an account on vip33 and is using the Platform in any capacity, including browsing, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.

"Account"

The unique registered profile created by a User on vip33, identified by a username and secured by a password and, where activated, two-factor authentication credentials.

"Balance"

The total funds held within a User's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance. These two components are tracked separately and subject to different withdrawal conditions.

"Real Money Balance"

Funds deposited directly by the User via an approved payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), plus any winnings derived from real-money wagers that have cleared all applicable wagering conditions.

"Bonus Balance"

Promotional credits awarded by vip33 under a specific promotion. Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. Bonus Balance does not constitute real money and carries no cash value prior to clearance.

"Wagering Requirement"

The minimum total amount a User must wager before Bonus Balance (or winnings derived from Bonus Balance) becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity and age verification process required by vip33 before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.

"Restricted Territories"

Jurisdictions from which access to and use of vip33 is prohibited. A current list of Restricted Territories is maintained internally and may be updated without notice. Users are responsible for determining whether access from their location is permissible under local law.

"Force Majeure"

Any event beyond vip33's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, government regulatory actions, cyber-attacks, and pandemics, that prevents or impairs the Platform's ability to fulfil its obligations.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of vip33 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other individual or entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or suspended from vip33 or any affiliated platform.
• You do not hold a position — whether employed, contracted, or otherwise affiliated — with vip33, its technology providers, game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, or Pocket Games Soft), or any organisation whose access to platform information could provide an unfair advantage in wagering.
• You are not diagnosed with, or currently receiving treatment for, a gambling disorder, and you are not using this Platform in contravention of a self-exclusion or cooling-off period you have previously requested.

03 Account Registration

To place wagers or access the full features of vip33, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules apply to all Accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on vip33. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active email address, and valid mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity conducted through your Account. vip33 will treat any action taken through your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in writing without delay.
4. KYC Verification: vip33 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
5. Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon Account closure unless all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vip33 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

4.1 Approved Deposit Methods

vip33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods only:

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallet services: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit and are subject to change. Deposits made via unrecognised or unverified payment sources may be declined and returned to the originating account.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. vip33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, shared accounts, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same Account. Key withdrawal terms include:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is under five (5) minutes for amounts within standard limits. Larger withdrawals or those triggered by risk-review flags may require additional processing time of up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian national bank maintenance windows (typically 23:00–01:00 WIB) may experience brief delays due to interbank system downtime.
• vip33 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the User's responsibility.

4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits are applied per payment method and are subject to periodic review. Current limits are displayed within the Account dashboard. vip33 may impose additional limits on an Account basis, particularly in the context of responsible gaming controls or risk-management requirements.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

vip33 employs real-time fraud-detection systems on all financial transactions. Any deposit or withdrawal attempt that triggers an anomaly alert may be suspended pending manual review. Users found to have engaged in fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or payment-method abuse will have their Accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

vip33 offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may not be claimed more than once per individual, household, IP address, or payment method.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Any bonus funds remaining after the time limit expires will be removed from the Account without notice.
3. Eligible Games: Not all games on vip33 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates (e.g., slots at 100%, live tables at 10%) are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on games with 0% contribution will not count toward clearing a bonus.
4. Maximum Bet Restriction: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted wager per bet or spin is subject to a cap as stated in the promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet restriction during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
5. Bonus Abuse: vip33 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin wagering to clear requirements, hedging strategies designed to eliminate risk, or use of multiple accounts. Accounts found engaging in such practices will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
6. No Cash Value Prior to Clearance: Bonus Balance has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. It converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance only upon full satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on vip33, across all product verticals including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and virtual sports:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. vip33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where explicitly permitted within a specific product's rules (e.g., a cash-out function on live sportsbook bets).
• In the event of a technical fault that results in a wager being accepted at an erroneous price or incorrect market, vip33 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's Real Money Balance.
• Sportsbook markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup, and all other sports are subject to the individual market's specific settlement rules, which are available within the Platform.
• Asian Handicap, mix parlay (multi-match accumulator), and voor bola (point-spread handicap) markets are governed by standard Asian bookmaking settlement rules. In the event of ambiguity, vip33's settlement decision is final.
• All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) use certified Random Number Generator technology, independently audited for fairness. Published RTP figures reflect theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• Live dealer games are operated in real time and are subject to the specific rules of each game variant as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, vip33's server logs constitute the authoritative record of the game state.
• Winnings arising from wagers placed with Bonus Balance are credited to the Bonus Balance until all wagering requirements are met, at which point the cleared amount is transferred to Real Money Balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vip33 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. vip33 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all balances associated with that Account:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account on your behalf, except as expressly authorised by vip33 in writing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets offered on vip33.
• Exploiting software errors, platform vulnerabilities, or game glitches. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known or unknown vulnerability are void and will be removed from the Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using vip33 as a conduit for proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any component of the vip33 platform without express written permission.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been used for wagering on vip33.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the vip33 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of vip33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of vip33. Game content is licensed from third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is additionally protected by those studios' own intellectual property rights.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip33 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether due to planned maintenance, Force Majeure events, regulatory action, or technical failure.
• Errors in odds, market prices, or game results caused by third-party data providers, and vip33's subsequent decision to void or re-settle affected markets.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security or from your disclosure of login credentials to a third party.

vip33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your vip33 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

vip33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

vip33 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketing organisations. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud-prevention services solely to the extent necessary for platform operations, regulatory compliance, and user security.

11 Amendments

vip33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vip33 will provide notice to registered Users via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory direction, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

12 Governing Law

This Agreement and all matters arising from or connected with your use of the vip33 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip33 is incorporated and holds its international operating licence. vip33 is an internationally licensed and regulated platform operating under its licence conditions.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. vip33 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with the vip33 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
